If your business is in a qualified service category and you have a qualified advertising program, you are automatically included in the SuperGuarantee Program.

  • Qualified service category Your business must be a service provider (i.e., painter, locksmith, auto repair), not one that only sells products.
  • Qualified ad program Your business must advertise on Superpages.com or with Idearc Media. While small enhancements to your listing may not qualify, all Pay Per Click clients in eligible categories are automatically included.

how it works


People can easily find businesses, like yours, who are included in the SuperGuarantee Program by searching on Superpages.com or looking for specially marked ads in the Verizon® or FairPoint® Yellow Pages, or in our SuperpagesDirect mail pieces.

After you and the customer agree on the job to be done and have a contract with labor costs, tell your customer to register the job before the work is completed. They can do so by visiting superguarantee.com and entering the job and contact details.

You complete the job—business as usual. In the unlikely event the customer isn’t satisfied, we will help resolve the issue. If we can’t resolve it, we will reimburse the customer up to $500 of any amounts paid for the labor portion of the services provided.*
