How does SuperPages.com handle identifiable personal data?
We do not sell or disclose personally identifiable information
obtained online about you, to anyone outside of Idearc unless you
specifically authorize it to complete a transaction that you
initiated, it is required by law, or disclosure is necessary to
protect the safety of customers, employees or property. See our
privacy
policy for more detail.
What counts as a billable click on an ad?
All links on PPC ads are considered billable. You will only be
charged for one click to any of the links during a single session.
So if a customer clicks on both the Web site and phone links, or
clicks one link repeatedly, you will only be charged for one click.
What prevents users from repeatedly clicking on my ad?
We employ security filters, both human and automated processes, to
catch these invalid clicks and our advertisers never get charged.
However, if any advertisers ever see suspicious activity in their
traffic logs, we encourage them to contact us right away so we can
immediately look into any issue.
How does SuperPages.com monitor and prevent invalid clicks?
Security is also an essential component in delivering valid traffic
to our advertisers. We feel that malicious clicks, and the innocent
movement of bots and spiders just doing their job, should not be
billed to our advertisers. Typically our security filters, both
human and automated processes, catch these invalid clicks and our
advertisers never get charged.
