Managing My Ads


How do I create a new ad?
You can create a new ad after signing in to My Accout or choose the Pay Per Click option on the product page.

How often can I change my ad?
You can change your ad as frequently as you'd like. However, modifications to what is published on the SuperPages.com network are refreshed at regular intervals throughout the day. So, changes to ads will not show up right away. Some changes will require an editorial approval that generally takes 24 to 48 hours after submission.

How can I change my ad text?
You can change your ad title or description after signing in to My Account. Select the ad you want to modify. On the Ad Summary page click to edit the ad. Your ad text is displayed there and may be updated.

Why can't I see my ad?
If you just created your ad, chances are it is undergoing an editorial review. It can take 24 to 48 hours to complete the review. Review our editorial guidelines for more detail. Also, modifications to ads published on the SuperPages.com network are refreshed at regular intervals throughout the day. So, changes to ads, bids, and relative placement will not show up immediately. You also might need to page through our search results to find your ad. The space allocated to Pay Per Click advertising on the each page of search results is limited. Your ad may not be on the first page.

How can I find out whether my ads are showing?
You can check your ad status by signing in to your account. You can also perform a search on SuperPages.com to view your ad within the SuperPages.com search results.

How can I see my clicks?
After signing in you will see summary statistics for your ads including ad status, clicks, click through rate, cost per click (CPC) and cost. You can also run an activity report to see your click activity.

I have a lot of ads. How do I find the one I am looking for?
Using our advanced search feature, you can search for ads by ad name, title or description, category, target location and id number. Or, you can just page through your ads and visually scan for the one you want to review.

How do I create a new Ad Group?
You can create an Ad Group when you add a new ad or edit an existing ad from My Account. Simply type the new ad group as part of the ad information.

Why do I have to create a new ad if all I want to do is change my title?
Ad titles are not editable for locally targeted ads. They always default to your business name in keeping with local listings. Headlines for ads targeted nationwide, by state or metro area can be changed.

How can I tell if my ad is performing?
The Pay Per Click tab in My Account page will provide information on how your ads are performing including impressions, clicks, and click through rate.

Can I pause and resume my ads?
Yes. You can pause and resume campaigns from the Pay Per Click tab. Set the ad to restart at a later date or schedule it to resume at the date you choose.
